3. On-Site Operational & Safety Policies

3.1 Safe Ground Requirements

We reserve the absolute right to abort any fitting if the customer's vehicle is parked in an unsafe position (such as certain active highway hard shoulders or unstable terrain). The customer must provide a flat, stable, legally accessible surface for jacking.

3.2 Locking Wheel Nut Keys

It is the customer's strict responsibility to provide the correct, undamaged locking wheel nut key at the time of the appointment. If a call-out fails due to a missing, stripped, or incorrect key, our standard call-out charge will apply.

3.3 Tyre Disposal & Environmental Fees

In compliance with UK environmental laws, a tyre disposal fee per casing is built into your final invoice summary for taking away old, spent tyre casings.
